This Privacy Policy describes how AI Notepad (“the App”) handles your information. The App is distributed exclusively through the Mac App Store and iOS App Store.

The App respects your privacy: it does not collect personal information directly.

2. Information Collected

a. Information Collected by Apple

When you use the App, Apple may collect depersonalized diagnostic and usage information, such as:

Device model
Operating system version
Application version
Date and time of logged events

This data is collected and processed by Apple in accordance with Apple’s own privacy policies. The Developer does not have direct access to this data.

b. Information Stored on Your Device and iCloud

The App stores user-created content locally on your device and, if you have iCloud enabled, synchronizes this content across your Apple devices via Apple iCloud. The Developer does not access or store your content on external servers.

c. Third-Party AI Providers

The App allows you to create or generate content via third-party AI providers.

When you use these features, your input and generated output may be transmitted to and processed by the chosen AI provider.
These interactions are governed by the privacy policies of the respective AI providers.
The Developer is not responsible for the handling of data by third-party providers.

3. Purchases

All purchases are handled exclusively by Apple via your Apple ID account. The Developer does not process or store payment information.

The Developer does not sell, rent, or share your personal information. Any data collected by Apple or third-party AI providers is subject to their respective privacy policies.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Security

Your content is stored securely on your device and within Apple iCloud (if enabled). The Developer relies on Apple’s infrastructure for data protection and security.

7. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect improvements, legal requirements, or new features. The updated version will be available with the App.
